Refund policy for Claire’s Handmade Creations 

For hygiene reason we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery.

I offer a 14 day returns policy on faulty or damaged goods for a replacement item. You would need to provide an image of proof of damaged goods.

This starts from the date that you receive your goods.
